In 1992 Bruno Dotti and his wife Claudia
- their daughter Celeste was not born yet -
completely quit their previous activity and fully devoted
themselves to the San Cristoforo enterprise.
They bought and restructured a small winery which had
been managed ''in the spare time'' but looked very
promising; they understood its character and in the
following years developed and enriched it by adding new
ideas, resources, technologies and passion...
the passion of this land of excellence.
